More than a collection, Volume 00 is our foundation. A collection created to define the visual language of Céora and introduce the first ideas that shaped the brand.
At the core of Céora is The Art of Adornment, a belief that jewellery is more than decoration. It is expression, identity, and presence. Every piece in Volume 00 is designed through this lens, created to make you feel seen and empower you to express yourself unapologetically.
From this starting point, everything else follows.
The Inspiration
For our first collection, we wanted to create the golden staples of an accessory wardrobe, pieces that feel timeless and form the foundation of Céora. Rather than chasing trends, we focused on jewellery that could become part of a daily uniform; pieces reached for time and time again.
While the intention was to create essential, foundational staples, we never wanted them to feel boring or expected. This is why texture became such an important part of the design process.
Translating Inspiration into Form
To bring these staples to life, we explored texture, form, and proportion. Every shape and finish was carefully considered to give each piece an ethereal presence. Many of the designs feature bold, sculptural shapes and a chunkier profile, creating a strong visual presence.
The collection is rooted in the idea of statement jewellery, each piece is intentionally designed to stand out while remaining effortless enough for everyday wear. Rather than reserving statement jewellery for special occasions, Volume 00 encourages it to become part of your everyday uniform.
Textures & Surfaces
The meeting point between raw and refined became a guiding principle throughout the collection. We were drawn to the contrast between organic textures and polished finishes, balancing imperfect surfaces with clean, considered forms.
Across Volume 00, texture is explored in multiple ways, from brushed surfaces to subtle irregularities that catch light. Some pieces feel smooth and reflective, while others carry a more raw, tactile quality.
This tension creates a collection that feels refined enough to be timeless, yet textured enough to feel lived in and unique.
Colour & Stones
Alongside the core 18k gold finish of Volume 00, we couldn’t help but explore moments of colour throughout the first collection. We introduced natural stones and coloured cubic zirconia across select designs, adding a playful contrast to the elevated nature of the pieces.
This is an area we are excited to continue exploring in future collections.
Materials & Craftsmanship
From the very beginning, we wanted to create jewellery that never needed to be taken off. Every piece in Volume 00 is crafted with marine-grade stainless steel as its foundation, chosen for its strength, durability, and waterproof properties. Whether you're showering, swimming, travelling, or simply moving through everyday life, the collection is designed to move with you. Each piece is finished with 18k PVD gold plating, a process known for its resistance to fading and durability.
Closing Reflection
Volume 00 marks the beginning of Céora’s story and establishes the foundations of our design philosophy: Bold, radiant, unapologetically expressive. More than a debut collection, it is an introduction to the world we are building and the design language that will continue to evolve through future volumes.
